Why Work With Us

  • From our own farms and trusted smallholders - we combine the stability of our own farming operations with the scale and flexibility of over 100 smallholder producers, ensuring a consistent, high-quality export supply throughout the year. Every crop is carefully selected, traceable, and handled through a fully integrated logistics and quality control system.

  • Agrocalidad, GAP, HACCP-Ready Exports: Our products meet or exceed all required national and international export standards, with compliance verified by Agrocalidad, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and food safety systems aligned with HACCP protocols. This ensures that every shipment is safe, traceable, and approved for entry into UK, EU, and premium global markets.

  • Farmer-First, Ecosystem-Driven: We prioritise long-term, ethical relationships with smallholder farmers, offering fair pricing, agronomic support, and logistical access to international trade. Our sourcing model reduces environmental impact, promotes soil and biodiversity health, and builds resilience across rural communities in Ecuador.

  • EORI, IPAFFS, DEFRA-Compliant Logistics:

Our export process is fully aligned with post-Brexit UK import regulations, including pre-registration on IPAFFS, EORI compliance, and coordination with DEFRA-authorised ports. We ensure a seamless transition from Ecuadorian farm to British warehouse, with all documentation, customs, and certifications in order.

  • Tech-Enabled Tracking from Harvest to Customs:
Powered by our technology platforms, every product is tracked from field to shipment, with digital records of farmer origin, harvest dates, crop condition, and logistics milestones. This transparency builds buyer confidence and supports third-party audits, traceability, and long-term supply chain efficiency.

What Our Stakeholders Say

"Bermudez-Mills Holdings will become one of our most dependable supply partners. Their combination of quality control, traceability, and on-the-ground farming operations gives us full confidence in every shipment. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and transparency in the fresh produce trade."

James C, Director of Procurement

“Bermudez-Mills is exactly the kind of enterprise Ecuador’s agricultural sector needs—technologically enabled, export-ready, and deeply committed to inclusive growth. Their leadership team is visionary, and their execution is setting a new standard for agri-trade in the region.”

Claudia Rivas. Senior Advisor

“Working with BM AgriLink has changed how I farm and how I live. Before, I struggled to find buyers and fair prices, but now I have a steady export channel and support for harvesting and logistics. They treat us like partners, not just suppliers—and that makes all the difference.”
